The Product Management Director provides Sector leadership for Digital Product Strategy across either the Entertainment or Sports verticals within Qiddiya’s Digital & Customer Experience organization. This role is accountable for shaping the product roadmap for designated Parks, Venues and Destinations within the Sector — ensuring digital experiences are aligned with commercial goals, operational readiness, and guest expectations. The role leads end-to-end prioritization, customer journey definition, and product value realization — serving as the key business partner for Commercial, Operations, and Marketing stakeholders across the Sector. This role directly impacts Qiddiya’s commercial success and guest experience reputation by ensuring digital journeys are easy, engaging, and operationally reliable — before and after every visit.
