As a pioneer in developing entertainment and leisure projects in Saudi Arabia, Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an Associate Director - Procurement to elevate our procurement operations.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement strategies, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services required for our innovative projects while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement procurement strategies that meet project goals and enrich the overall supply chain management.
  • Manage the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ascertain procurement needs and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, negotiate favorable terms, and establish reliable supplier relationships.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, tracking procurement processes and market insights.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and regulations while mitigating risks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in procurement, preferably in large-scale projects in the entertainment, hospitality, or construction industries.
  • Expertise in procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
