This role is responsible for detailed category management, supplier performance analytics, and alignment with Central Procurement to secure the best‑fit suppliers and contractors. The position plays a critical role in ensuring Qiddiya’s procurement strategies are evidence‑based, data‑driven, and aligned with both business unit needs and Vision 2030 priorities.

Technical Responsibilities

  2. Conduct detailed category management analysis for critical supplier groups (e.g., modular solutions, structural steel, specialist contractors).
  3. Develop and maintain databases of supplier performance, market benchmarks, and capacity insights.
  4. Work closely with Central Procurement to align analytical findings with sourcing strategies, tenders, and supplier frameworks.
  5. Evaluate supplier financial, technical, and operational capabilities to ensure resilience and fit with Qiddiya’s delivery objectives.
  6. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to support procurement decisions at the SDU – Delivery Partnerships and Central Procurement level.

  8. Contribute to the planning and execution of targeted supplier engagement initiatives, including international roadshows and industry events.
  9. Support the Partnerships Director in developing supplier prequalification criteria and performance monitoring frameworks.
  10. Facilitate collaboration between business units and Central Procurement to ensure demand requirements are captured accurately and addressed efficiently.
  11. Provide evidence‑based recommendations to senior leadership on supplier selection and procurement strategy adjustments.
  12. Mentor junior analysts and provide subject matter expertise on supply chain analytics within the SDU.
