Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales strategy and execution. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and positioning our hotel as a top choice for luxury travelers and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share in the luxury hospitality segment.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and professional development.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall hotel goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics and identify new revenue streams.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
