Global corporate catering company with scope for growth – As Director of Operations you’ll be supporting functions across multiple large-scale high-impact sites across the Kingdom, while managing operation teams at country level, including Operations Managers, Area Managers, & Project Managers.

Reporting into the Country Manager the ideal DOO candidate will possess strong leadership, financial acumen, & a deep understanding of large-scale food service operations, instrumental in ensuring high standards of food quality, service efficiency, & client satisfaction, while optimizing operational performance.

Family-Friendly Area : The Al Khobar area is family-friendly, with good schooling options, shopping centers, & general community infrastructure suitable for families.

  • Requirements :
  • Must be currently based in the Gulf / ME with appropriate location experience
  • Must have managed multiple catering sites
  • 15 years’ busy food operations, with at least 5 years’ in a senior leadership position
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management or related field
  • Salary package : SAR 30000 including housing, negotiable + company car + bonus
