Seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing Education to lead our nursing education programs and enhance the skills of our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs that meet the needs of staff and align with organizational goals.
  • Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing educators and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Curriculum Oversight: Ensure nursing curricula are current, evidence-based, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinical leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted educational initiatives.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in nursing education and integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters degree in Nursing or related field; Doctorate preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of nursing education experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Licensure: Current nursing license and certification in nursing education in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
