  • Operational Management:
    • Ensure efficient utilization of resources, equipment, and personnel.
    • Monitor production metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control:
    • Manage budgets for manufacturing operations, including cost analysis and reduction strategies.
    • Identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising quality or efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Ensure that all manufacturing operations meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
    • Implement robust quality control measures and corrective action plans.
  • Team Development and Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing teams to achieve operational excellence.
    • Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to align manufacturing with business objectives.
    • Support new product development and production ramp-up activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
