Fintech in Riyadh is seeking a Director of IT to lead technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations. The role ensures secure, reliable, and cost-effective technical systems that align with business goals.

You will drive policy, governance, and backup strategies while managing budgets and vendor relationships. Strong leadership and bilingual English/Arabic communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS; Master's preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Saudi national.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP or CCNA/CCNP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare department policies and procedures.
• Design and implement an appropriate mechanism to equip the company's technical systems.
• Manage the company's electronic devices and IT assets.
• Resolve technical issues and update systems in line with approved practices.
• Verify the integrity and security of technical systems and devices.
• Develop an appropriate backup mechanism and validate system integrity annually.
• Ensure compliance with approved budgets for technical systems and devices.
• Manage relationships with technology service providers and IT equipment vendors.
• Establish an effective mechanism for technical support services.
