Seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Clinical Nursing to lead & enhance the skills of our nursing staff.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the ICU and ER nursing departments, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff in critical care settings, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based protocols and standards of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Work closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor and assess nursing performance, implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
  • Oversee the nursing budget for ICU and ER, ensuring effective resource allocation while maintaining quality care.

Desired Candidate Profile & Qualification:

  • Education: Masters degree in nursing or a related field; Doctorate preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in critical care (ICU/ER), with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Licensure: Current nursing license in Saudi Arabia is preferred and relevant certifications (e.g., CCRN, CEN).
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage complex clinical situations effectively.
