Role Overview

A leading data center developer and operator is seeking an experienced Finance Director on a secondment basis to provide strategic financial leadership for a key project in Riyadh. The role requires strong financial governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end oversight of project financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and ensure robust financial oversight for the project.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Manage tax, regulatory, contractual, and statutory compliances, including governance and risk frameworks.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with lenders, shareholders, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure strong internal controls, adherence to financial policies, and timely reporting.
• Guide and support internal teams, offering leadership and clarity in financial decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Finance Director, Senior Finance Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in project finance, preferably within infrastructure, technology, or capital-intensive sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), compliance management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing lender relations and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent are preferred.
