The successful candidate will provide strategic support for consultant engagement and champion continuous improvement in consultant management. Required qualifications include a master's degree in a related field and 18+ years of experience, ideally in large-scale projects within the Middle East. Proficiency in English and advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI, are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in KSA or GCC giga-projects.
• 18+ years of relevant experience in project coordination.
• Previous client-side experience in real estate or property development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive procurement support and governance for consultant engagement.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation in consultant management.
• Collaborate with Business Units to align capabilities with project needs.

Skills

Design & Development Expertise

Strong familiarity with design management procedures

Deep understanding of consultant engagement strategies

Fluent in English

Education

Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Design, or related field
