Overview

Qiddiya is developing one of the most advanced digital ecosystems in the Kingdom, delivering exceptional guest experiences across Leisure & Entertainment, Sports & Recreation, Arts & Culture, Visitor Experience & Destination Management, and E-Sports & Gaming. The Head of Delivery Management is responsible for end-to-end program execution, delivery excellence, and vendor orchestration across all initiatives under the Digital & Customer Engagement (D&CE) organization. This role ensures Qiddiya’s digital roadmap — spanning Web, Mobile, CRM, MarTech, Loyalty, Data, AI, and Platform — is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and governance. The role leads a hybrid delivery model that combines internal capability with a network of System Integrators (SIs) and strategic partners, ensuring all programs move in lockstep with Qiddiya’s digital vision and operational objectives. The Head of Delivery Management is the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, ensuring integration, governance, and execution excellence across all sectors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end accountability for delivery execution across all Digital & CE domains (Web, Mobile, CRM, MarTech, Loyalty, Data, AI, Platform).
  • Ensure cross-sector orchestration — delivering one integrated digital program supporting Qiddiya’s core sectors.
  • Translate business and product strategies into executable delivery roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain a disciplined operational cadence — including weekly progress reviews, fortnightly program assessments, and monthly governance reporting.
  • Drive proactive issue resolution, dependency management, and course correction to maintain delivery predictability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Delivery Directors, Program Managers, and Delivery Leads, ensuring consistent delivery excellence across all programs.
  • Build a high-performance, delivery-focused culture that emphasizes accountability, agility, and problem-solving.
  • Strengthen internal delivery maturity by developing technical and leadership capability within Qiddiya Digital.
  • Define career pathways, KPIs, and competencies for all delivery management roles.
  • Represent the Delivery Management function within the Digital leadership team, ensuring alignment across Product, Architecture, and Technology.
  • Lead the orchestration and performance management of all System Integrators (SIs) and key technology vendors, ensuring adherence to Qiddiya’s delivery standards and governance.
  • Operate within an SI-led delivery model, where the majority of program execution is performed by vendors under Qiddiya’s direction and oversight.
  • Ensure clear contractual accountability, resource visibility, and delivery ownership between internal teams and vendors.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, resource planning, change control, and milestone tracking to ensure continuous delivery momentum.
  • Lead vendor performance reviews and enforce structured delivery scorecards covering scope adherence, risk management, and SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to align vendor contracts with delivery milestones, payment schedules, and quality metrics.
  • Manage vendor escalation and corrective action plans to resolve performance or dependency issues swiftly.
  • Build and maintain a vendor performance dashboard that provides leadership with real-time visibility of partner contribution, health, and risks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years in digital delivery, transformation, or enterprise program management.
  • At least 6 years in senior leadership roles overseeing multi-vendor, SI-led digital delivery models.
  • Proven success delivering large-scale digital ecosystems across web, mobile, CRM, MarTech, and platform domains.
  • Demonstrated experience building strong alignment with Product Management functions and converting strategy into executable plans.
  • Strong technical fluency and understanding of cloud-native, API-first, and DevSecOps environments.
  • Prior experience in leisure, entertainment, hospitality, or customer experience-driven industries is preferred.
