Job description

Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive digital innovation, streamline operations, and enhance customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, provide thought leadership, and leverage your deep understanding of digital technologies to optimize business processes and deliver tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Digital Transformation Strategy, define and communicate the organization’s digital transformation vision, goals, and roadmap.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and NORA implementation.
• Strong knowledge with Saudi digital transformation Qiyas and other practices.
• Drive Digital Innovation, identify and evaluate emerging technologies, such as AI, IoT, blockchain, cloud computing, and data analytics, to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead Cross‑Functional Initiatives, collaborate with various departments, including IT, marketing, sales, operations, and finance, to identify digital transformation needs and implement effective solutions.
• Chair a cross‑functional digital transformation steering committee to ensure collaboration, alignment, and timely execution of initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve transformation goals and deliver successful outcomes.
• Optimize Business Processes, conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes and identify areas for optimization, automation and digitalization.
• Enhance Customer Experiences, champion a customer‑centric approach to digital transformation, ensuring that technology solutions align with customer needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline.
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience working within the technology domain with 3 years of experience driving and implementing digital transformation strategy on a large scale across a group of companies.
• TOGAF 9 Certified – Certification is a must.
• 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• More than 10 years of experience in information technology field.
• Experience with EA Tools.
• Strong understanding of emerging digital technologies, industry trends, and their business applications.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are crucial for a role that will collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• ArchiMate Practitioner and PMP “preferred”.
