Job Purpose
The Digital Products Manager will lead APSCO’s marketing technology initiatives — driving digital transformation, enhancing customer experience, and supporting strategic marketing goals through innovation and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and enhancement of APSCO’s digital platforms and loyalty programs.
- Use analytics to understand customer behavior, retention, and segmentation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Customer Service to deliver technology-driven engagement solutions.
- Manage digital transformation projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and implement digital strategies that enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Stay current with digital trends and identify new opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing digital products (applications, software, or websites).
- Strong understanding of app development, UX/UI design, CRM, and data analytics.
- PMP or Agile certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
