As the first SAAC-certified coating testing laboratory in Saudi Arabia, we're at the forefront of innovation in the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors.

The Role

We're seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital presence and communicate our technical capabilities to industrial clients worldwide. You'll coordinate content creation, work closely with designers, and manage our digital marketing initiatives to drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube, tailored to B2B industrial audiences. Leverage AI tools while cooperating with business line owners to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and improve campaign performance. Provide creative direction and feedback on design concepts.
  • Manage and continuously optimize our website and social media channels for maximum reach and lead generation.
  • Work with technical engineers and sales teams to translate project successes and technical innovations into engaging content briefs.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with clear ROI tracking.
  • Monitor performance metrics, generate analytics reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to brief, review, and refine visual content (graphics, videos, infographics) that showcases our NDT technologies, robotic solutions, and coating services.
  • Use Figma to export graphics in appropriate formats and sizes for different platforms, and perform basic edits (text updates, color adjustments, resizing).
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, presentations, and case studies. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and industrial sector developments to keep our content relevant and competitive.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, industrial, or technical sectors.
  • Working knowledge of Figma including exporting graphics in various formats and sizes for web and social media.
  • Making basic edits such as text changes, color adjustments, and element resizing.
  • Understanding design file structure and layer organization.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools for marketing beyond basic ChatGPT usage
  • AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL‑E or similar).
  • AI‑enhanced design tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, generative fill features).
  • AI copywriting and content optimization tools.
  • AI video generation or editing tools.
  • Marketing automation platforms with AI capabilities.
  • AI‑powered analytics and insight tools.
Experience with social media management platforms
  • Solid understanding of Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media analytics.
  • Understanding of vector graphics concepts to work effectively with design assets.
  • Excellent English copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear creative briefs and engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing in Oil & Gas, NDT, or industrial automation sectors.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Video editing coordination experience.
  • Basic understanding of technical/engineering concepts.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Arabic language skills.
