Role Purpose

To lead and develop the marketing strategy overseeing all internal and external marketing activities, including digital campaigns, brand management, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Pre-Launch, Launch, and Post-Launch phases.
  • Manage the daily relationship with the marketing agency and monitor ad campaign performance.
  • Define target audiences (Customers & Service Providers) and create tailored acquisition plans.
  • Supervise content creation with the agency (copywriting, visuals, videos, influencer collaborations).
  • Analyze marketing data to evaluate performance and improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain a strong digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, Google, and Snapchat.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure consistent marketing and in-app messaging.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing KPIs and strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to connect marketing impact to business outcomes.
  • Manage the marketing budget and oversee spending across different channels.
  • Maintain brand identity, tone of voice, and visual communication across all platforms.
  • Launch partnership and co-marketing campaigns with key service providers.
  • Propose new growth and retention initiatives (Loyalty, Affiliate, Referral Programs).
  • Explore new tools, trends, and technologies to strengthen Noorcom’s marketing strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management or digital marketing (preferably in marketplaces or app-based services).
  • Proven experience managing external marketing agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
  • Advanced analytical skills using GA4, Appsflyer, Firebase, CRM, etc.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi digital consumer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Full fluency in Arabic and English.
