We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This is a high-impact role where your strategies, creativity, and data insights will drive measurable growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Planning: Develop and implement multi-channel digital advertising strategies that maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Platform Management: Lead, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct ongoing A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and monitor ad spend efficiently to ensure optimal use of resources within designated budgets.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and translate complex metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS, attribution models) into actionable insights using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to produce high-performing visuals and compelling ad copy.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in digital or performance marketing with proven success in managing paid campaigns.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms such as GA4, HubSpot, or Looker Studio.
