Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for integrating digital technology and AI into all aspects of Railway Project Management.
• Collaborate with the Employer and cross‑functional teams to identify and implement AI‑based initiatives that drive project efficiency, predictive analytics, and real‑time monitoring.
• Support the Employer in the design, evaluation, and deployment of AI solutions to optimize resource allocation, schedule adherence, and overall project performance.
• Lead the digital transformation roadmap for the Railway Project, ensuring best practices and the latest advancements in technology are adopted.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital and AI initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, protocols, and privacy requirements during the integration of digital and AI systems.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on AI, data analytics, and digital transformation for the project team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of professional experience with a strong track record in digital technology integration, AI, data analytics, or project management—ideally within large‑scale infrastructure or railway projects.
• In‑depth understanding of AI technologies, digital transformation processes, and project analytics platforms.
• Experience in managing and deploying AI‑driven solutions for complex project environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as per project/client/company requirements.
