We are seeking a DevOps System Administrator to join our technology operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes/OpenShift administration, CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and observability platforms. This role ensures secure, scalable, and efficient system delivery across development and production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support agile software delivery.
- Administer and optimize Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
- Develop and manage infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.
- Implement observability solutions using Elastic Stack and Grafana for proactive monitoring and alerting.
- Manage and support Kafka environments for data streaming and event processing.
- Maintain code quality and security analysis using SonarQube and related DevSecOps tools.
- Apply GitOps practices to ensure configuration consistency and deployment automation.
- Ensure systems comply with security and audit standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and system reliability.
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, or Automation Specialist.
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container orchestration tools.
- Strong knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD).
- Experience with Elastic Stack, Grafana, and Kafka.
- Familiarity with SonarQube and GitOps workflows.
- Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
