• Experience in dermatology medicine and surgery.
• Preference for dermatology/cosmetic procedures.

• Ability to work within a team and commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose skin diseases and determine the appropriate treatment.
• Assess patient condition, take history, and perform examinations.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor patient response.
• Provide consultations related to skin, hair, and nails.
• Perform dermatologist and cosmetic procedures within license scope.
• Follow up with patients and manage side effects or complications.
• Prescribe medications per regulations and protocols.
• Request and interpret examinations and imaging as needed.
• Educate patients on treatment, skin care, and prevention.
• Document diagnosis and treatment plans in medical records.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.

Job Purpose:

Provide specialized diagnostic and treatment services for skin diseases and conditions, assess patients’ conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans, while offering medical consultations and dermatological and cosmetic procedures within the scope of the specialty and professional licensing, and complying with quality and patient safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Examine and diagnose skin diseases and conditions and determine the appropriate treatment.
• Assess the patient’s condition, take the medical history, and perform the necessary examinations.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor patients’ response to treatment.
• Provide consultations related to skin, hair, and nail health.
• Perform dermatological and cosmetic procedures permitted within the scope of the specialty and the license.
• Follow up with patients after procedures and treatments and address any side effects or complications.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments according to approved regulations and medical protocols.
• Request necessary examinations, tests, and imaging when needed, and evaluate their results.
• Educate patients on treatment instructions, skin care, and prevention of skin problems.
• Refer cases that require a precise specialty or additional medical intervention.
• Document the diagnosis, treatment plan, and procedures in the patient’s medical file.
• Comply with infection control standards, patient safety, and medical quality.
• Collaborate with physicians of other specialties and the medical team to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
• Maintain the confidentiality of patients’ information and adhere to professional ethics and health regulations.
• Contribute to improving the quality of medical services and the patient experience within the center.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery with a specialization in Dermatology.
• Valid professional classification and registration from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Appropriate professional experience in dermatology medicine and surgery.
• Preference for experience in dermatological and cosmetic procedures.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work within a team and commitment to quality and safety standards.
