As a Delivery & Warehouse Management Specialist at Siemens Energy, you will target candidates with a strong background in supply chain and warehousing, particularly in service environments. You will manage meaningful projects involving the processing and coordination of shipments, ensuring efficient operations that directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your contributions will enhance team performance, streamline processes, and align with Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering innovative solutions, all within a collaborative culture that values continuous improvement and teamwork.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper communication with relevant departments.
  • Process parts and service shipments, including receiving, inspecting, packing, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate data integrity in SAP Spiridon and the ACCESS database for all shipments.
  • Log discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with logistics, project management, and field service teams for smooth operations.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and performance.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Materials Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in warehousing and delivery management within a service environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing, material handling, and delivery management processes.
  • Proficient in ERP tools (SAP & ACCESS) and MS Office 360.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
