Responsibilities

• Effective staff/employees management (use of employees effectively to reduce human cost).
• Ability of forecasting regarding volume and need of hiring staff.
• On-time reporting and updating the reports and staff attendance.
• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations at the station, including inbound and outbound shipments, last-mile delivery, and returns.
• Manage, train, and supervise station staff including supervisors, drivers, and couriers.
• Better connection with other departments (HR, Finance, Fleet, and Customer Service) for smooth station operations.
