Qualifications

• Experience managing or coordinating delivery agents for apps such as Jahez or The Chefs.
• Strong knowledge of tracking and reporting tools.
• Ability to prepare accurate daily and weekly reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery agents’ status during peak hours.
• Track agents’ Acceptance Rate and ensure it remains above 95%.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for delivery agents.
