Your Impact;

Program & Project Delivery

• Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale banking transformation projects ensuring scope quality timelines and budget are met
• Govern the change control process : assess negotiate and secure client approval for scope changes ensuring alignment with contractual commitments
• Monitor the financial health of engagements including revenue recognition margin control invoicing accuracy and subcontractor costs
• Drive project execution across multi-vendor and geographically distributed teams (onsite offshore subcontractors)
• Establish delivery governance processes including steering committees status reviews and risk management frameworks
• Ensure compliance with client-agreed delivery standards around code delivery testing etc.
• Drive delivery using agile frameworks embedding agile principles into planning execution and governance.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary delivery contact for client executives business stakeholders and technology teams
• Build trusted relationships with banking clients ensuring delivery alignment with business priorities and regulatory commitments
• Manage escalation of delivery risks / issues and ensure proactive resolution.

Offshore / Subcontractor Management

• Manage subcontractor and offshore vendor teams ensuring performance is in line with contractual obligations
• Define KPIs / SLAs and continuously monitor delivery quality and productivity
• Balance cost delivery quality and resource mix across onshore-offshore models.

Leadership & Team Management

• Partner with solution architects engineering leads and product owners to ensure solution delivery aligns with business priorities regulatory standards and client expectations
• Lead coach and mentor delivery leads architects and team leads fostering a high-performance culture
• Manage performance reviews career development discussions and succession planning within the delivery organization
• Build and sustain a delivery talent pipeline across onshore nearshore and offshore models
• Shape delivery culture by promoting collaboration accountability and continuous learning across diverse multi-vendor teams.

What You Bring to The Table :

• 12 years of IT services experience with at least 7 years in delivery / program management roles
• Strong track record of delivering banking / financial services transformation projects (core banking payments digital channels compliance platforms etc.)
• Proven experience managing offshore and subcontractor delivery models in a System Integrator environment
• Solid understanding of microservices API-driven architectures and cloud-native delivery (preferred)
• Proven ability to engage with C-level executives navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems
• Strong communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Deep understanding of program governance project financials and multi-vendor delivery ecosystems
• Proven track record of leading engagements using Agile / Scaled Agile DevSecOps and modern engineering practices.
