Job Purpose

To coordinate and manage daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high service quality through effective communication with drivers, warehouses, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule daily delivery activities
  • Communicate with drivers and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Monitor delivery status and resolve delays or issues
  • Update and maintain delivery information in the system
  • Coordinate with warehouses to ensure order readiness
  • Handle delivery-related customer inquiries and complaints
  • Prepare regular reports on delivery performance
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Logistics)
  • 1–3 years of experience in delivery or logistics coordination
