About the role:

To ensure Planned Maintenance System in SAP is accurately maintained. To supply accurate and timely reports to Regional & Divisional Management teams. To supply support to the fleet stock controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and close work orders in SAP for planned maintenance and breakdowns, including time and cost allocation.
• Maintain vehicle records and monitor scheduled maintenance programs.
• Support stock fleet controller during stock counts and provide coverage when needed.
• Deliver accurate MIS reports and suggest performance and cost improvement ideas.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of relevant experience
• High School diploma or Diploma in IT or a related field
• Proficiency in English
