Job description

We are looking for a detailoriented and reliable Data Entry Operator Admin to support project operations in Riyadh KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records processing data efficiently and providing general administrative assistance to the project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter update and maintain various types of data in company databases and project documentation systems.
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness and make corrections when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of project reports documents and files.
  • Maintain records of received and dispatched correspondence including digital and physical files.
  • Coordinate with different departments to collect verify and consolidate data.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing scanning photocopying and scheduling meetings.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal data management policies.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor s degree in business administration IT or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 4 years of relevant experience in data entry or administrative roles preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook); knowledge of data management software is a plus.
  • Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Transferable Iqama is preferred (for candidates already in KSA).
  • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
