Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician or similar role.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within technology.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical liaison for the sales team providing expert product knowledge.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for new business strategies.
  • Create proposals and technical documentation for client solutions.
  • Provide post-sales technical support ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong knowledge of data center best practices
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware
Familiarity with network topologies and protocols
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, Cisco CCNA)
Being Multilingual

Education

Associate's degree in a technical field
Bachelor's degree preferred

Tools

Server hardware from major vendors (Dell, HP, Cisco, Juniper)
