• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician or similar role.
• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role within the technology industry.
• Experience with hardware from major vendors (e.g., Dell, HP, Cisco).

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison for the sales team, providing product knowledge.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for business acquisition.
• Assist in creating proposals and technical documentation.
• Provide post-sales technical support for customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong knowledge of data center best practices

Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware

Familiarity with network topologies and protocols
