Job purpose

The role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational and business data to support strategic decision‑making, performance optimization, and process improvement across the Contract Logistics division. The role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, developing dashboards and reports, and ensuring data accuracy and availability for business analysis and system integration projects

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Collect, clean, and analyze logistics and business data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI or Excel‑based dashboards and reports for management review.
• Support the Business Development team with data‑driven insights for proposals, customer performance reviews, and business cases.
• Prepare regular performance metrics (e.g., delivery accuracy, cost efficiency, productivity KPIs).

• System Integration & Automation
• Work closely with the IT Solutions Manager to integrate data sources across systems (ERP, WMS, CRM, and operational tools).
• Support automation initiatives by developing analytical tools, templates, and data validation models.
• Collaborate with system vendors or internal IT teams to ensure data flow consistency and accuracy.

• Data Governance & Quality
• Validate data integrity and ensure compliance with company data management standards.
• Maintain data documentation, definitions, and control sheets to support data consistency across departments.

• Collaboration & Support
• Support IT in Business Development in preparing technical and financial analyses for tenders and client proposals.
• Provide analytical support for business reviews, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance reporting (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or operations).
• Experience with Power BI, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SQL or database querying is an advantage.
• Exposure to ERP or WMS systems preferred (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
