How you will contribute

The D-commerce Lead is responsible for driving the growth and execution of the digital commerce strategy within the KSA market. This role involves managing online sales channels, optimizing the customer experience, and achieving revenue targets. D-com Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance, to ensure successful execution of the D-com plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement the D-com strategy for the KSA market, aligned with overall business goals.
    • Identify and evaluate new D-com opportunities, including platforms, partnerships, and technologies.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Manage online sales channels (e.g., marketplaces, retailer websites, direct-to-consumer).
    • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase market share.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Optimize the online customer journey to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage product listings, content, and visual merchandising to ensure a compelling online presence.
    • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the online experience.
  • Operations & Execution:
    • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
    • Manage relationships with Dcommerce partners, including marketplaces and technology providers.
    • Monitor and manage online inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
    • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to online channels.
    • Manage the Dcommerce budget and track ROI on marketing investments.
    • Utilize data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on Dcommerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer metrics.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
