Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Cybersecurity Engineer (Post-Sales) with strong experience in IT and OT environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers after project award to ensure smooth deployment, integration, and support of cybersecurity solutions. This role focuses on implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical support to help customers achieve the maximum value from their cybersecurity investments

Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and optimize cybersecurity solutions in IT and OT environments according to customer requirements.
  • Provide hands‑on deployment support including installation, system integration, testing, and go‑live activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
  • Conduct system health checks, upgrades, and performance tuning of deployed solutions.
  • Deliver post‑sales workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions to customer teams.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation including runbooks, operational procedures, and as‑built designs.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers by recommending improvements, best practices, and proactive measures.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to vendors and follow up until resolution.
  • Provide feedback to presales and product teams to improve solution design and customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years, recommended 5 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity implementation, with exposure to both IT and OT systems.
  • Experience in post‑sales engineering, deployment, or technical support roles is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, especially in IT / OT environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with Fortinet products (e.g., FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer) and relevant certifications such as NSE4 and NSE7.
  • It is preferred to have one or more of the following certifications: Fortinet NSE4 / NSE7, FCP / FCSS, ISA / IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or CompTIA Security+ / CySA+ / CASP+. Product‑specific certifications in firewalls, SIEM, or EDR are also a plus.
  • Solid networking foundation; preferred familiarity with Cisco technologies.
  • Ability to work onsite with industrial and semi‑government clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic.
