Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Governance & Strategy
  • Develop and implement the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, vision, and roadmap.
  • Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Align cybersecurity initiatives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance and auditing (ISO27001, NCA, CST, Aramco CCC, etc.)
• Risk Management
  • Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks across the organization.
  • Advise leadership on emerging threats and provide recommendations to strengthen cyber resilience.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international cybersecurity regulations and frameworks.
• Security Operations & Monitoring
  • Oversee daily security operations, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Manage the security of information systems, networks, and critical infrastructure.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity investigations and ensure timely mitigation of security incidents.
• Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and supervise the cybersecurity team or unit.
  • Allocate resources, set performance goals, and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
  • Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization.

Qualifications
