Job description

Integrate security policies and protection strategies into IT system development and collaborate with business leaders to establish and maintain an effective IT security risk management program in alignment with SAMA’s Cybersecurity and Data Management Framework.

Strategic Planning and Cybersecurity Framework

• Framing Cybersecurity plans, guidelines, policies, and short-term strategies as well as setting goals and targets.
• Lead information security planning processes to establish an inclusive and comprehensive information security program for the entire organization.

Governance, Policies, and Compliance Management

• Manage institution-wide information security governance processes.
• Collaborate with Information Security Liaisons in establishing the information security program and project priorities.

Cybersecurity Operations and Risk Management

• Manage the daily operation and implementation of the Cybersecurity strategy.
• Conduct continuous assessment of current Cybersecurity practices and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Run security audits and risk assessments.

Resource and Budget Management

• Plan and allocate workforce needed to support contemporary models of cyber security service delivery.
• Manage the cyber security budget and communicate requirements with relevant stakeholders.

Data Management and Protection

• Design and execute the organization’s data management, protection strategy, roadmap, DLP, EDR, SOC, IAM, PAM and Encryption and masking.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data across all systems and platforms.
• Lead a team of data professionals to securely leverage data for strategic organizational impact.
• Support Senior Management and business units in resolving data governance and protection issues.

Specifications

• Bachelor degree in information and cyber security or related science
• Bachelor's Degree or higher, computer science CISSP, CRISC or CISM certificates
• A minimum 6 years' experience in management position
• Ability in handling delivery programs
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead a team
• Problem solver ability with a positive personality and passionate about cyber security
