Job description

We’re looking for the right person to join our team in Saudi Arabia as a Customs clearance Specialist. Could it be you?

If successful, you will be our primary liaison point with clients, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and government entities to ensure smooth, compliant movement of goods across borders by managing documentation, resolving clearance issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 24/7 customs clearance operations and provide regular shipment updates.

Prepare and review customs documents and approvals.

Promptly resolve clearance issues, holds, and delays.

Ensure compliance with national and international customs regulations.

Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions and approvals.

Liaise with government offices and ministries to support logistics operations.

Monitor and communicate regulatory updates and changes.

Handle renewal applications for temporary import/export shipments.

Support the team with ad-hoc requests and written approvals.
