Overview of Role

The Customer Projects Delivery Manager supports the Project Manager and Customer Delivery Manager in ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Customer Communication & Coordination: Liaise with end users and manage expectations.
• Project Documentation & Planning: Maintain project plans (Gantt charts), consolidate project documentation, and ensure accurate shipping documentation.
• Site & Installation Management: Approve site drawings and civil works, manage installation teams and subcontractors, and oversee installation and ensure final acceptance.
• Integration & Handover: Document integration processes with third‑party software and support service team post‑handover.

• Degree/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering ideal.
• Additional experience in H&S, QA, or process development is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential.
