Overview of Role

The Customer Delivery Assistant supports the Project Manager and Customer Delivery Manager in ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Coordination
  • Liaise with end users and manage expectations
  • Prepare and deliver civil work requirement documents
  • Align installation logistics (e.g., cranes, forklifts)
  • Address IT integration needs
Project Documentation & Planning
  • Maintain project plans (Gantt charts)
  • Consolidate project documentation
  • Ensure accurate shipping documentation
Site & Installation Management
  • Approve site drawings and civil works
  • Manage installation teams and subcontractors
  • Oversee installation and ensure final acceptance
Integration & Handover
  • Document integration processes with third‑party software
  • Support service team post‑handover
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Knowledge of IT and complex systems
  • Installation project experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience with multi‑agency and government clients
  • IT / Software degree or background
  • APMP, PRINCE2, or similar PM qualification preferred
  • Degree / HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering ideal
  • Additional experience in H&S, QA, or process development is a plus
