Job Summary

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate — a fresh graduate eager to learn, grow, and make a difference.

In this role, you'll support our customers (landlords and tenants), help ensure smooth property handovers, follow up on service quality, and assist in solving everyday issues. You will be trained, guided, and supported by senior team members while gradually taking ownership of tasks.

What will you be doing?

Customer Support & Relationship Building

  • Support in building positive, trust‑based relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Assist in conducting check‑ins to make sure both parties are satisfied.

Property Handover Assistance

  • Learn how to manage the handover process between landlords and tenants.
  • Help inspect units during move‑in and move‑out to ensure everything is in proper condition.
  • Document findings and support the senior team in the reporting process.

Issue Handling & Coordination

  • Serve as the first point of contact for simple inquiries or issues.
  • Help mediate small conflicts and elevate cases when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, operations, support) to resolve concerns.

Feedback & Follow‑ups

  • Make daily follow‑up calls to gather feedback and ensure service quality.
  • Share insights with the team to help improve overall experience.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain organized records of communications, handover notes, and customer feedback.
  • Help prepare basic reports for the team.

You’re a perfect match if you have

  • A fresh graduate in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or any related field.
  • Someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about helping people and improving their experience.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (CRM systems, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • A team player with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Any internship or university project in customer service, real estate, or operations is a plus (not required).
