About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Credit Manager join our Finance team at Jumeirah The Red Sea. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Ensuring that all guest or credit card queries are handled promptly (within 24 hours) and professionally.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with regular clients.
  • Preparing and conducting monthly credit meetings. Responsible for reviewing and making recommendations on all credit request applications.
  • Ensuring that all documentation is filed and in compliance with all policies.
  • Reviewing and understanding groups and catering contracts and the corresponding billing arrangements as well as Guest Ledger balance daily and bringing discrepancies to the attention of the Front Office Manager and Director of Finance if not resolved.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Holds a degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce, Mathematics, or Economics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs at intermediate to advanced level.
  • Has 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within 5-star luxury brands.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving, leadership, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
