Credit & Finance Controller (Saudization)

A Credit & Finance Controller oversees customer credit approvals, monitors outstanding payments, and ensures timely collections to maintain strong cash flow. The role includes assessing credit risk, setting credit limits, reconciling accounts, and resolving billing issues. They prepare financial reports, support budgeting, and work with sales and finance teams to reduce credit exposure and improve overall financial performance.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Daily Sales upload
  • Inventory Ref costing and sales prices updates
  • Production postings and variance analysis
  • Industrial Tariff computation and production costing
  • Freight Out Reports indicating the cost per unit measure by product.
  • Approving CRM Quotations for Local and Export.
  • Project Costing & margin analysis
  • Margin Analysis
  • Purchase Variance commentary
  • Run closing process for cost in agreement with FM
  • Overseeing the quarterly stock take and providing support to analyze the variance.
  • Support Audit and Tax requirements
Education and Qualification for this position

Education and Training: Bachelors in finance

Technical and professional knowledge: Data Analysis certifications

Work Experience: 2 years as controlling assistant.

IT Skills: Expert knowledge of Microsoft office, Working on SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics is added advantage.
