Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative strategy, campaigns, and brand identity. This role will drive the visual and storytelling direction of the company across digital, print, in-store, and experiential platforms — ensuring consistent and impactful brand expression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of creative concepts and campaigns from ideation to execution across all brand touchpoints.

  • Oversee all visual, digital, and content output including photography, video, copywriting, packaging, and social media.

  • Direct and inspire a cross-functional creative team including designers, copywriters, content creators, and external agencies.

  • Translate business goals and marketing strategies into powerful visual and narrative content.

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across platforms and products while maintaining originality and innovation.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, retail, and digital teams to align creative direction with business objectives.

  • Present creative concepts and campaign proposals to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and cultural movements to keep the brand relevant and bold.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in branding, F&B, retail, or digital media.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, branding, and integrated campaigns.

  • Proven leadership in managing creative teams and agency partners.

  • Exceptional eye for design, storytelling, and trend foresight.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, digital content tools, and visual communication platforms.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience working with lifestyle, hospitality, or youth-centric brands.

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital consumer journeys.

  • Multilingual or multicultural background is a plus.
