Job Summary

The Groves is hiring a creative powerhouse to take on the role of Content Creator – AI & Social Media + Graphic Designer. This hybrid role merges content creation, social media strategy, and visual design with cutting‑edge AI tools.

From capturing behind-the-scenes moments at live events to designing scroll‑stopping visuals using platforms like ChatGPT, MidJourney, Sora, and RunwayML — you’ll be the creative engine behind The Groves’ digital presence. If you're a trend‑spotter, visual storyteller, and detail‑obsessed creator with a background in F&B, events, or hospitality , we want you on our team.

You thrive in fast‑paced environments, turning bold ideas into real‑time content with impact. From concept to execution, you're quick to ideate, adapt, and deliver content that connects — especially during live activations, seasonal campaigns, and high‑profile moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and more
• Stay ahead of trends in design, content formats, and social media culture to keep The Groves relevant and fresh
• Work closely with the marketing team to drive sales and brand engagement through content
• Develop and execute creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, presentations, promotional materials, internal communications and other company collateral
• Capture and edit video / photo content from live events at The Groves
• Create motion graphics, reels, and promotional videos using Adobe tools or AI-based editors
• Utilize AI platforms (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Sora, RunwayML) to generate visuals and enhance content output
• Design graphics and branded assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and aesthetics across all platforms
• Ensure attention to detail across all visual assets, content formats, and branded materials
• Track and analyze content performance to optimize engagement and reach
• Support branding campaigns, creative collaborations, and seasonal initiatives
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills, with the ability to quickly grasp briefs and translate concepts into effective visual designs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high‑quality standards
• Assist in the development of design ideas and concepts, providing creative input to enhance overall projects
• Prior design experience in the GCC, with a strong understanding of the Riyadh market and audience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Design, Marketing, or related field
• Proven 5 years of hands‑on experience in content creation & graphic design within the F&B, events, or hospitality sectors
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design, content, video and AI projects, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Skilled in Canva or Figma for rapid design workflows
• Proven experience with AI content tools (e.g., MidJourney, ChatGPT, RunwayML, Sora, etc.)
• Excellent video editing and motion graphics skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X and SnapChat
• Comfortable shooting content on‑site in live, high‑energy environments
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to think creatively and develop content concepts quickly in a dynamic, high‑pressure, and event‑based setting.

Bonus Skills

• Ability to assist in UI / UX designs and familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Canva.
