As a Creative Copywriter – Performance Campaigns, you’ll craft copy that sells with soul.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with designers, art directors, and media buyers to turn ideas into persuasive words that convert, creating headlines, captions, and scripts that grab attention, trigger emotion, and drive clicks.

Every word you write will have a clear goal: to perform, engage, and inspire.

What You’ll Do
  • Write creative, data-driven copy for paid campaigns across Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, and Google.
  • Develop strong concepts, hooks, and messages that reflect each brand’s tone and campaign goals.
  • Partner with Media Buyers and Performance Analysts to optimize ad messaging based on real-time results (CTR, ROAS, engagement).
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure visual and verbal harmony in every ad.
  • Test, analyze, and refine copy variations for A/B testing and creative optimization.
  • Stay on top of platform trends, audience behaviors, and cultural moments to inspire fresh creative angles.
  • Build a library of high-performing ad scripts, captions, and taglines to guide future campaigns.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
