Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end country operations with full P&L accountability and market share growth.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform commercial decisions.
- Channel & Partner Enablement, by building and managing relationships with resellers, retailers, and sub-distributors.
- Conduct partner onboarding, training, and quarterly business reviews.
- Drive pipeline velocity through joint marketing and incentive campaigns.
- Sales Leadership, timely product availability, demand forecasting, and inventory planning.
- Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance.
- Ensure precision in forecasting and CRM data to support agile decision-making and sales planning.
- Oversee commercial negotiations and large-scale deployment planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in IT distribution with leadership roles in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven success in managing volume business across B2B and B2C channels.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM tools (SAP).
Preferred Attributes
Candidates with exposure to GCC channel dynamics, multilingual fluency, and hands-on experience with brands like Samsung, Logitech, TP-Link and similar will be prioritized.
