Their technology platform powers end-to-end operations for brands, retailers, logistics service providers, and e-commerce enablers, offering seamless integration with over 150 ecosystem partners including marketplaces, webstores, last-mile carriers, and ERPs. With a growing footprint across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, they deliver scalable solutions that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

As they expand their presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they are seeking a highly driven and strategic Country Manager to spearhead business development and market penetration efforts. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping commercial trajectory in the region. The successful candidate will bring deep industry relationships, a consultative sales approach, and a solid understanding of the local e-commerce and logistics ecosystem.

Market Expansion & Business Development

  • Identify, engage, and convert key enterprise accounts across retail, logistics, and e-commerce sectors
  • Establish strategic partnerships with marketplaces, carriers, system integrators, and value chain enablers
  • Represent the company in high-level commercial discussions and industry events across KSA

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Define and drive the go-to-market plan aligned with regional revenue targets
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including proposal development, negotiations, and contracting
  • Monitor pipeline health and provide accurate revenue forecasting and reporting

Customer Success & Account Growth

  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and support long-term relationship management
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer lifetime value

Regional Leadership & Representation

  • Build and lead a high-performing local team in alignment with company's global standards
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to regional and global leadership
  • Ensure compliance with local commercial and regulatory requirements

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in enterprise sales, business development or partnerships
  • Proven track record in the SaaS, logistics tech, or e-commerce technology domains
  • Strong network across logistics providers, retailers, marketplaces, and system integrators in KSA
  • Prior experience in scaling a tech business in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead commercial conversations and negotiate with C-level stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and commercial frameworks in KSA
