Position Overview
As the Country Head – KSA, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling Protectt.ai’s presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This strategic leadership role involves driving business growth, building client relationships, and overseeing operations in alignment with our mission to secure mobile and AI ecosystems. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across BFSI, Government, FinTech, and enterprise sectors in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Lead Protectt.ai’s entry and growth strategy in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across Banking, Insurance, Finance, and Government sectors.
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate market penetration.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent Protectt.ai in high-level client meetings, industry forums, and regulatory discussions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
Operations & Compliance
- Set up and manage local operations, including legal, financial, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing local team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Drive performance through clear KPIs and continuous development.
Strategic Initiatives
- Support the rollout of AI-native security products and mobile threat defence solutions.
- Contribute to regional go-to-market strategies and product localization.
- Align regional goals with global business objectives and investor expectations.
Skills
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, or mobile security domains.
- Proven track record in business leadership roles within the GCC region and in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding & connections of BFSI and FinTech ecosystems.
- Experience in scaling startups or tech ventures in new markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic & English.
