We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia operating within the Project Management Office (PMO). This is a key role responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of large landscape projects. The primary focus is on reviewing costs produced by external consultants, ensuring alignment with established budgets, and implementing effective cost control measures. The Cost Engineer also plays a crucial role in handling ad‑hoc projects instructed by clients, applying expertise in cost management, change management, and value engineering.
