Corporate Finance Consultant (IPO – Project Horizon)

Overview

Job Title: Corporate Finance Consultant (IPO – Project Horizon)

Direct Reporting Relationship: Sr. Manager – Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning

Job Grade: Senior Consultant

Department: Corporate Finance

Location: Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (with occasional travel)

Role Purpose

Responsible for providing end-to-end corporate finance and project management support for Project Horizon (IPO initiative). The role covers IPO readiness, coordination with external advisors, executive-level communication, financial modeling, valuation support, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.

Key Accountabilities & Activities
  1. IPO Readiness & Process Management
    • Lead IPO readiness assessments and coordinate gap-closure activities across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and other functions.
    • Ensure timely completion of IPO milestones and requirements.
    • Provide structured status updates and escalation reporting to senior management.
  2. External Advisors Coordination
    • Act as the primary internal contact for IFAs, investment banks, legal advisors, and due diligence teams.
    • Support preparation and submission of CMA documentation.
    • Manage data room processes and due diligence requests.
    • Support valuation analysis and equity story development.
  3. Executive Communication & Presentation
    • Prepare executive-level presentations for the Board, CEO, CFO, and senior leadership.
    • Communicate IPO progress, valuation outcomes, financing proposals, and strategic recommendations.
  4. Financial Modeling & Valuation
    • Develop, maintain, and review financial models for IPO valuation and strategic financing.
    • Perform DCF, sensitivity, and comparable company/transaction analyses.
    • Support scenario planning and investment appraisal.
  5. Strategic Reporting & Performance Tracking
    • Develop dashboards and structured reports to track IPO milestones, financial performance, and key risks.
    • Provide analytical insights and actionable recommendations.
  6. Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination
    • Manage cross-functional IPO workstreams and ensure alignment.
    • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
    • Maintain effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Team
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
    • Demonstrate professionalism, ownership, and confidentiality.
    • Operate effectively under tight timelines and high-pressure environments.
Job Specifications
Knowledge / Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in corporate finance, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial presentation tools (e.g., think‑cell).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CMA regulations and IPO processes is an advantage.
Education / Certifications
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • CFA, CA, ACCA, or CMA certifications are highly preferred.
Experience
