JOB SCOPE
Responsible for treasury and working capital management. Plan and manage all cash management and excess fund investment related activities, procedures and processes for YASREF. Ensure sufficient cash is available to conduct business in accordance with strategies and operational priorities. Manage budget processes, inclusive of periodic forecasting for the business and ensuring complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting, inclusive of financial information interpretation and control. Provide support and performs business and treasury analysis, interprets data and generates reports that will support the decision making of the management. Manage all the activities related to the Company’s debt profile.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute in the development of the annual operational plans in accordance with the objectives of the Division.
- Contribute in the enhancement and development of business processes, operating procedures, policies and systems.
- Ensure that all the staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate training programs. Establish KPIs and monitor the achievement of the KPIs related to the annual performance objective. Drive the implementation of HSE culture and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, procedures. Ensure appropriate HSE training is provided to all the employees to meet HSE standards.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for treasury and working capital management. Plan and manage all cash management and excess fund investment related activities, procedures and processes for YASREF to ensure sufficient cash is available to conduct business in accordance with strategies and operational priorities.
- Manage budget processes, inclusive of periodic forecasting for the business and ensuring complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting, inclusive of balance sheet controls and financial information interpretation and control.
- Provide support and performs business and treasury analysis, interprets data and generates reports that will support the decision making of the management. Advice the Management and Shareholders on the status of YASREF’s capital structure including debt.
- Manage the analysis to develop the optimal capital structure for YASREF. Advice Management on the optimal sources to finance the operations and capital investments.
- Update management on current and future debt and credit needs and repayments. Develop insights for optimum debt and credit structure.
- Develop YASREF’s dividend and Shareholder pay-out policies. Develop financial planning and projection models and tools to capture key drivers and insights.
- Develop, manage and compile treasury finance and forecasts.
- Manage Cash Flow forecasting by developing and maintaining models and coordinating inputs with key individuals across departments.
- Perform and enhance established and ad‑hoc financial analysis such as reporting on key metrics, performing ROI analysis on investments, benchmarking vs. competitors, benchmarking spending and other items, analysing potential strategic partnerships and/or acquisitions.
- Create reports and analyses for the Board of Directors’ meeting.
- Manage and maintain cash requirements to enable appropriate cash flow. Manage various incoming and outgoing cash operations including deposits and disbursements and wire transfer operations.
- Conduct analysis to forecast cash requirements and positions. Highlight future cash flow issues to YASREF’s Management along with recommendations to address them.

- Support the maintenance of integrity and accuracy in financial transactions and reports. Assist with the closing process for interest accruals and payments.
- Manage the evaluation and execution of investment options for surplus funds. Develop policies and procedures to improve efficiency of transactions including collections, funds transfers, disbursements, month end account closing activities, and inter‑departmental reporting.
- Manage issues related to foreign currency exchanges. Create effective controls to manage all compliance matters. Ensure records of all transactions.
- Maintain relationship with lenders, provide required analysis and update all lenders with any company documentation change.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned by the direct Supervisor.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Years of work experience: Twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
- Certification/License (Optional): Certification in CFA or equivalent.
