Job Purpose

The Corporate & Internal Communication Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all internal and external communication materials, visual designs, and branding outputs strictly adhere to Tibah’s corporate identity guidelines. This role oversees the visual aspects of both internal and external events, manages all branding materials, and ensures that all visual content accurately reflects and enhances Tibah’s image and reputation. The position also involves coordinating with departments to align design and communication efforts with established brand standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain the corporate identity guidelines, ensuring all departments comply with branding standards.
  • Review and approve all design outputs (logos, publications, promotional items, signage, etc.) for brand compliance.
  • Supervise the visual aspects of internal and external events, including décor, stage design, gifts, and printed materials.
  • Oversee internal and external communication visuals (newsletters, announcements, digital screens) for alignment with the corporate identity.
  • Manage all branding‑related materials and ensure their proper and consistent use across all communication channels.
  • Manage website updates, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and user experience meet company standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and production vendors to guarantee high‑quality deliverables and timely execution.
  • Conduct periodic audits of visual identity applications across departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support the Corporate Communication & PR Manager in protecting Tibah’s visual reputation and ensuring that no materials negatively affect the company’s image.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in PR, Crisis Communication, or Corporate Communication.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate identity management, branding, or design.
  • Experience in visual identity creation or work within a branding/advertising agency is preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
  • Primarily office‑based with occasional travel to events and external meetings.
  • Standard office hours, with flexibility required for events, launches, or urgent projects.
  • May involve handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Interaction with internal departments, external vendors, and event coordinators.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced).
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (preferred).
